Step-by-Step Workflow
Our process is designed to reduce delays, ensure quality consistency, and support smooth exports.
Inquiry & Tech Pack Review
We review your tech pack, measurements, fabric requirements, trims, and packaging instructions. We confirm feasibility, MOQ, and production planning before proceeding.
Fabric & Trims Sourcing (FOB)
As an FOB manufacturer, we source fabric and trims based on your quality requirements. We share fabric options, GSM, composition, and costing for approval.
Sampling & Buyer Approval
Sampling timeline is typically 10–15 days. We develop samples as per your tech pack and incorporate feedback until approval.
Bulk Production Planning
Once the sample is approved, we finalize production planning: fabric booking, line allocation, and expected delivery timeline.
Cutting, Stitching & Finishing
Production begins with cutting, stitching, and finishing. We follow structured production control to ensure consistent output across sizes and colors.
Quality Control (Inline + Final)
We conduct both inline QC during production and final QC before packing to ensure stitching quality, measurement accuracy, and finishing standards.
Branding, Packing & Cartonization
We support full buyer branding requirements: woven labels, printed labels, hangtags, polybags, and export carton packing.
Dispatch & Export Support
Shipping terms are supported as per buyer demand. We assist with export-ready packing and documentation coordination for smooth delivery.
